I have created the Divine Meditation which takes place through several progressive stages, with the aim of creating our reality and our conscious life.

We organise groups once a week in Paris, as well as intensive retreats over several days. These courses bring effective and stable progress in our personal evolution. Group practice reinforces the power of meditation.

Most people have difficulty meditating because their mind is too restless. The purpose of meditation is to calm the mind. So if you feel that meditation is not “your thing”, well, this is a challenge that can be interesting to experience!

This therapy can be done online or in person, depending on your availability.
