Any service carried out by Romain Salomon thus implies the adhesion without reserve of the purchaser to the present general conditions of sale. They are accessible at any time on the site https://www.romainsalomon.com/ and can be modified by Romain Salomon at any time, without any formality.
Clause 2: Prices
The prices of the services sold are those in force on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and include all taxes. Mr Romain Salomon grants himself the right to modify his prices at any time. However, he undertakes to invoice the services ordered at the prices indicated at the time the appointment is made.
In the event of financial difficulties on the part of the client and according to the assessment of Romain Salomon, a discount may be agreed when making an appointment for the service requested.
Clause 3: Payments
Payment of benefits is made :
- either by cheque
- either in cash
- or by credit card
Payment is made when the customer makes an appointment. Deferred payment can be accepted on certain services and will be mentioned on the site. The methods of payment are as follows (payment by bank transfer or cheque):
- Payment in 2 months ;
- Payment in 3 months ;
- Payment in 4 months ;
- Payment in 5 months;
- Payment in 6 months;
- Payment in 7 months ;
- Payment in 8 months ;
- Payment in 9 months ;
- Payment in 10 months ;
- Payment in 12 months ;
- Payment in 13 months ;
- Payment in 24 months ;
This payment by instalments will not give rise to any additional charges.
Clause 4: Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, we offer a consumer mediation system. The chosen mediation entity is: Société Médiation Professionnelle – www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr – 24 rue Albert de Mun – 33000 Bordeaux.
In the event of a dispute, you can submit your complaint on its website or by post by writing to it.
Clause 5: Cancellation
In the case of a cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of the appointment, Mr Romain Salomon reserves the right to request a financial penalty equivalent to the amount of the service.
Clause 6: Applicable law
These general terms and conditions of sale are written in French and are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved by mediation or an amicable agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
